SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $45 USD, including subscriptions and one-time purchase orders (this excludes taxes, promo codes, and reward codes). Orders under $45 USD will be charged a ground shipping fee of $6.49 USD. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are fulfilled and shipped out within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
Once the order has been shipped, it typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
Please note that we are not offering expedited shipping at the moment. If you would prefer a faster delivery option, you can visit Amazon.com, Walmart.com, or you can visit a store near you.
Sparkle Innovations Inc., currently ships its products only within the U.S. At the moment, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. However, as our products fall into the hygiene/intimate care category, unfortunately, we do not accept returns for opened or used products due to the sensitive nature of the items.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at care@getsparkle.life within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
